Meet the Lion's Mane Jellyfish, the biggest jellyfish in the world.
The family giant
The jellyfish are separated into different species, and it’s no surprise, since they inhabit all the oceans of the world. However, the main theme of this video is the species whose dimensions amaze even the most incredulous, we are talking about the Lion's mane jellyfish (Cyanea capillata) also known as Giant Jellyfish.
The so-called marine monsters
The first time they were sighted was in 1870 off the coasts of Massachusetts by fishermen who soon named it a monster due to its large size (121.4 feet)
